As reported this weekend, it was revealed that the Vikings attempted to trade away WR Justin Jefferson at the 2024 draft;
As seen, the Vikings were looking to trade Jefferson in exchange for a 1st-round pick, but were clearly unsuccessful.
Reports indicate that the Vikings wanted to draft WR Malik Nabers who was ultimately selected by the Giants at 5, a few picks before the Vikings' turn to draft.
Jefferson was the Vikings' 1st-round draft pick back in 2020, and though he is still viewed as being a top receiver in the NFL, he and the Vikings are having issues and are not see eye-to-eye.
