Ryan Poles reveals what the Bears expect of Caleb Williams this season

Caleb Williams is coming into his rookie season, and some people are making the erroneous claim that he will lead the Chicago Bears to the NFC title game.

However, when it comes to the Bears front office, they are much more realistic about what Williams is set to become. In fact, in a new report, General Manager Ryan Poles laid out the expectations being placed on Williams. Essentially, they just want him to develop at a natural pace while showcasing that he can use the weapons around him.

This is a much healthier way to go about things than believing he will make a deep playoff run. However, fans and analysts love themselves some instant gratification. Only time will tell whether or not Williams is able to reach new heights this season.
