The Bears will take on the Jets in a road game this Sunday as Justin Fields is listed as questionable, and will likely be a game-time decision. Fields has been limited in only three practices this week and Siemian has said that he takes pride in always being ready as a backup.

"Every week you're ready to go," Siemian said Friday at Halas Hall. "You anticipate to play every week, truly. That's how you have to prepare to stay in it. It could happen the first snap. It could happen on play 62. You just gotta be ready to roll whenever your number's called. No different than any other week."

Siemian is in his first year with the bears after spending his first three in Denver, and stints with the Jets and Saints. Appearing in 34 games with 29 starts over the course of his career. Through six seasons, Siemian has passed for 6,848 yards with 41 touchdowns and 27 interceptions.
