Finally an update regarding Williams and Odunze contracts

The Bears have yet to ssign either of their first rounds pick Caleb Williams or Rome Odunze to contracts.
Williams does not have an agent but apparently hired a certified agent to help him during the contract negotiations. Former Bears Scout Greg Gabriel said he is not worried that a deal is not signed and is positive something will get done for both players prior to the start of training camp.
«I don't feel there is anything to worry about,» Gabriel wrote. «The deals will get done and will likely be completed within the next eight days. Both players have shown that they want to be part of the Bears organization, and both know their importance to the organization.»
While there is surely nothing to worry about, it is understandable that fans are concerned since training camp begins in less than a week.
