The referees will be a topic of discussion tonight, as they've called numerous penalties throughout the game. After stopping the Dallas Cowboys, the Giants put together a great drive on their first offensive possession. The Giants advanced into Cowboys territory, and quarterback Daniel Jones ran the ball.
However, the referees called a 15-yard penalty on tight end Daniel Bellinger. Instead of facing 3rd and 3, New York found themselves with 2nd and 18. That being said, after reviewing the video footage, we can clearly see that Bellinger was actually the victim of a facemask, which should have been called on Dallas Cowboys player DeMarvion Overshown.

This play resulted in a 30-yard setback for the New York Giants, and they ended the drive with a field goal by Craig Joseph to put 3 points on the board.
Daniel Bellinger was selected by the New York Giants in the 4th round, 112th overall, in the 2022 draft.
We are currently at halftime, and the Dallas Cowboys are leading 14-9 against the New York Giants.
