On Friday, the cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles took to social media to showcase the explicit and inappropriate messages he often receives from fans. Interestingly, the same fan who sent such messages later expressed support for him.
The Eagles' defense is coming off a game in which they conceded 34 points to the Buffalo Bills. However, they have Jalen Hurts, who managed to secure an overtime victory at Lincoln Financial Field.
Hurts completed 18 of 31 passes for 200 yards with one interception in a showdown between two of the NFL's most dynamic quarterbacks. He also rushed 14 times for 65 yards. Hurts, considered an MVP candidate, once again rallied his team, as he did the previous week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Despite their impressive 10-1 record, the Eagles cannot afford to relax, as the Dallas Cowboys are close behind with a 9-3 record.
