Young promising running back has been waived by the Bears
The eventful day in the NFL continues... The Bears are waiving RB De'Montre Tuggle, according to Brad Biggs.
However, Biggs also mentioned that Tuggle is a candidate to return to the practice squad.
Tuggle was an undrafted rookie from Ohio. He showed some flashes throughout the preseason, rushing for 71 yards. WHile he wasn't able to truly showcase his talent, he still showed that he was able to break some tackles at this level.
However, it wasn't a surprise to see him getting cut since the Bears already have Trestan Ebner, Khalil herbert, and David Montgomery at the position.
