According to top NFL analyst Mel Kiper Jr, he believes that the Bears could the 8th overall pick from the Falcons in exchange for QB Justin Fields:

The Bears currently hold the number 1 overall pick in this years draft, and with USC superstar QB Caleb Williams officially declaring for the draft, there is a very high chance that the Bears will draft him.

If the Bears do draft Williams, then they will be trading Fields away for either some players or some picks. Though recent reports believed the Bears could only get a 3rd or 4th round pick for Fields, Kiper Jr. believes they can actually get an early first rounder with the 8th overall pick.
