In a wild rant from Colin Cowherd, he explains how bad the Bears offense has been for so many years, and finds a way to compare the offense to tuna fish and ice cream:
"The Chicago Bears and offense go together like tuna fish and ice cream. I like offense and I like the Bears. I like tuna fish and I like ice cream - none go together"

Cowherd believes that the Bears always fail due to their offense never meshing well with the team.
Cowherd also explains how the Bears can never seem to get anything right, as all the QBs who come to Chicago end up failing, and the offense is always a mess:
"they butcher offense, they butcher quarterbacks, they can't get anything right"
