This is how Travis Kelce almost went BROKE...
On Travis Kelce's podcast, he talked about how he almost went broke during his rookie year. Kelce revealed that in his first year in the NFL, he purchased Nike Air mags, also known as the "Back to the Future: Marty McFlys." Those shoes are not cheap, and rookies do not get paid a lot! Kelce went on to spend a lot more money on items, trips, and events, and did not realize how much he was spending, until he was near being broke. Kelce stated:
"I was damn near dead broke."
Kelce goes on to explain that the dumbest thing he bought was bottles at the club! He then reminds the rookies of today to be careful with their money and to not be spending it all at the club!
