The Bears have waived their young speedy wide receiver

Tom Pelissero reported that the Chicago Bears have waived WR Dazz Newsome.

While Newsome is a very talented player, he has struggled a lot during his rookie season and he was making a lot of mistakes so far this preseason. He has a drop issue and he also muffed a punt. The NFL is a tough business and you don't get that many second chances.

We wish him the best of luck and I'm certain he will get a shot with another team very soon. He is only 23 years old.
