What a day it has been.
All in one day, the Bears fired 6 offensive staff members:
1) Offensive Coordinator: Luke Getsy
2) QB Coach: Andrew Janocko
3) RB Coach: Omar Young
4) WR Coach: Tyke Tolbert
5) Assistant TE Coach: Tim Zetts
6) OL Coach: Chris Morgan
These firings come after the Bears concluded their 2023 season, finishing the season with a 7-10 record and missing the playoffs yet again.
The Bears are looking for a fresh start with the offensive staff and felt like it was best to let many of these members go.
