Mike Tomlin speaks on adding another WR amid Brandon Aiyuk trade rumors

This past week, there have been a ton of rumors circulating around the NFL that the 49ers will trade WR Brandon Aiyuk to the Steelers. However, no trade has been made, but reporters are still asking Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin:

As heard, Tomlin didn't really give an answer, but he did smirk while saying it.

Tomlin is likely interested in adding another WR as the current depth chart doesn't look strong enough.

Aiyuk wants out of San Francisco, as we already know, and this trade would make sense for him.

The Steelers have veteran QB Russell Wilson and young and hungry QB Justin Fields competing for the starting spot.

There's a new energy on this 2024 Steelers team that has yet to be seen in quite some time.
