"The Chicago Bears didn't have the start of the offseason that most fans were hoping for. Ted Phillips, Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy all still have jobs and most fans don't understand why. It's not just fans though, analysts are confused and some former players are disappointed too. Former Chicago Bears' running back Matt Forte revealed what he thinks the problem is. While Forte isn't a fan of Pace or Nagy, he says the problem is above them. "It's the McCaskey family. I love them but somebody hasn't been running things right. Ted Phillips is there but I'm not really sure what he does."
