"The Chicago Bears coaching staff already took a hit this season when they lost defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano to retirement. Now it's looking like they'll lose another piece. According to multiple reports, Bears' passing game coordinator Dave Ragone is the leading candidate to join new Atlanta Falcons' head coach Arthur Smith's staff as offensive coordinator. Ragone signed on with the Bears in 2016 as quarterbacks coach and became passing game coordinator this past season. He's got some history with Smith as they were both part of the Tennessee Titans coaching staff between 2011 and 2013 holding various offensive coaching roles. More to come.
