After defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano retired Bears' passing game coordinator Dave Ragone jumped shit to join Arthur Smith in Atlanta. Smith is the new Falcons head coach and he just poached another Bears' coach as he snags away running backs coach Charles London. Just like Ragone, London has ties with Smith going back to the Tennessee Titans. General manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy have quite the number of holes to fill now on the coaching staff.
