Khalil Mack Opens up about his time with the Bears in New Interview, Reveals he was Traded to the Bears because they were 'Bad' (VIDEO)
Most Bears fans remember the Khalil Mack days, and how they felt when he was traded to Chicago. Fans had high hopes for those years, and they did have some success, but unfortunately, no Super Bowl ring to show for it
While being interviewed on former NFL player Chris Long's podcast "Green Light with Chris Long," Mack opened about his time with the Bears.
During the Bears conversion, Mack explained how the Raiders traded him to the Bears because they wanted to send him to a "bad" team.
"They sent me to Chicago, which perceivably was supposed to be the worst option, out of the few - a couple more teams who pitched"
- Mack saidMack continues by explaining that even though the Raiders got a ton of 1st-round pick options from solid teams, they did not want to see him there because then they would be too good. The Raiders saw the Bears as the worst option, so settled for less to trade him there.
