Huge Casting news has been revealed for the upcoming John Madden Movie

As revealed this afternoon by "The Hollywood Reporter" famous actor Nicolas Cage has been casted to play John Madden in an upcoming movie:

It was reported last year that a Madden movie was in the works, but no casting or filming updates were made.

There were many rumors floating around that either Will Ferrel or Hugh Jackman would play Madden, but neither were confirmed.

Now, it is official that Cage will be playing Madden in this much anticipated movie on the NFL legend.

Cage is best known for his roles in "The Rock," "Adaptation," and his Oscar-winning role in "Leaving Las Vegas."
