Here is why the Bears should follow the Deshaun Watson situation closely
Deshaun Watson has been in so many headlines over the past few years. Most of them were not good headlines either... However, lately, he has received better news. The criminal charges against him have been lifted. This means that he will, most likely, get what he wishes for which is a fresh start with a new team.
Adam Schefter reported last night that there are now only two teams left for Deshaun Watson: The Atlanta Falcons and the New Orleans Saints.
One of the best free agent available at the moment is OT Terron Armstead. He has been a member of the Saints since 2013. The reports we have heard is that Armstead will wait to see what happens with Deshaun before making his decision. So, if Watson gets traded to New Orleans, he will likely re-sign with the Saints.
However, if Watson goes to the Falcons, Armstead may very well be on the move. Everyone agrees that he could be an amazing signing for Bears' GM Ryan Poles. Armstead is the king of talent that can change your offense as a whole, and in a great way.
This means that Bears nation has to wish for Deshaun Watson to be traded to Atlanta!
