Bears writer loves the new addition at receiver
The Bears announced they were signing WR Byron Pringle to a one-year $6 million deal yesterday night.
I think this was a really underrated move and it could pay dividends next season. Pringle enjoyed his best statistical year during his time with the Chiefs in 2021 hauling in 42 catches for 568 yards and 5 touchdowns. GM Ryan Poles obviously has ties with him since they both spend a few years together in Kansas City.
Here is the reaction from Bears' writer and analyst Jacob Infante:
I think the most exciting part of his game is when he gets the ball in his hands. He can take a 7 yards slant into an 80-yard touchdown. Here is an example of his tackle-breaking ability:
Safe to say, Pringle should have Bears fans should be very thrilled to see him wearing the orange and blue.
