Colin Cowherd very critical of the way the Bears are helping Justin Fields

The situation in which a young QB is thrown in can be such a bug factor in his development. Sometimes, all the talent in the world is not good enough to overcome a bad organization.

While I know for a fact that the Chicago Bears are not a bad organization, I agree that Justin Fields has to overcome a lot this season if he wants to have success.
