We have been raving about new Bears HC Matt Eberflus all off-season long. I think he is such a great man that likes to have fun but is also extremely demanding of his players.

I also believe he is the perfect man for the job. Being the Chicago Bears head coach is one of the hardest jobs you can have in this industry. Well, here he is addressing the entire team and declaring the 4 players who will act as team captains (+1 honorary captain).
