Ryan Poles fires the Bears' scouting director!

GM Ryan Poles continues to reshape the front office. Brad Biggs reported that a league source said director of college scouting Mark Sadowski, will not return. Sadowski has been with the organization since 2005.

Sadowski has worked under the past three general managers of the Bears(Jerry Angelo, Phil Emery and Ryan Pace). Pace was actually the one who promoted him to the important role he was in for the past few seasons.

It still remains to be seen how will the Bears replace Sadowski!
