Bears GM Ryan Poles Reveals WHY they Didn't Trade the 9th Overall Pick

Ahead of the 2024 NFL draft, there were many rumors speculating that Bears GM Ryan Poles was interested in trading away their 9th overall pick, but ultimately decided to stick with it and draft WR Rome Odunze.
Now, while on "The Pat McAfee Show," Poles is speaking on his decision:
As heard, many teams were interested in trading for the 9th pick, but Poles wanted Odunze. He was at the top of their list and made sure to select him, no matter what:
"There's certain guys you don't pass up on and Rome (Odunze) is one of them"

Odunze is now joining fellow rookie Caleb Williams in Chicago.
