Velus Jones Jr. has finally figured it out

Velus Jones Jr is a player who some felt was a complete bust when it comes to Ryan Poles' record as general manager of this team.
As a punt returner, Jones fumbled numerous times and was seemingly always making mistakes. However, the team has kept him on the team, and these days, he is absolutely excelling.
For instance, he had a huge touchdown at running back during the preseason. Now, he is on the 53-man roster, and he is gaining praise from analysts like Cameron Henders of Bear Goggles On.
"Now, I get the anger from his multiple blips on punt returns. But who isn't yelling at the coaching staff to remove him from that position? Speaking of positions, remember after year one when we said we see Jones as Cordarrelle Patterson? The Bears finally figured it out. Sure, it was just preseason, but how can anybody not see that explosive athlete fly past people like they are standing still? Maybe it's a pipe dream that he will become great, but Jones can do some great things on this roster."
