Chicago Bears sign quarterback immediately after cutting him
Austin Reed was a rookie on the Chicago Bears this preseason, however, the QB was cut yesterday as Tyson Bagent and Caleb Williams took the QB spots on the roster.
Today, however, Austin Reed got a lucky break. The Chicago Bears signed him, albeit to the practice roster. Either way, it is better than nothing at all.
Reed became a fan-favorite of sorts on the team. Having said that, we wish him the best of luck and we hope he gets a fair shot with the main roster in case of any injuries.
