Rumor Report: Chicago Bears Staff Happier with Caleb Williams then Justin Fields

According to a popular rumor Twitter account, Chicago Bears staff have expressed that having Caleb Williams around has been better then their time with Justin Fields:

As seen in the rumor post, staff felt like they wouldn't know how Fields would act that day in the building, as he would switch from a positive to a negative attitude. This upset many staff members as they didn't know what version of Fields they were going to get.

Now, according to this rumor, staff are happier with Williams as he comes into work everyday with a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
