NFL insider finds concern in Caleb Williams' offseason negotiating with Bears

The Chicago Bears used their first overall draft pick on USC QB Caleb Williams at the 2024 draft. All the hype has been around him this offseason, but this NFL insider has posed a concern:

As seen in this article from NBC Sports' Mike Florio, Williams is one of the notable rookies who has not signed his rookie contract yet.

According to Florio, the 3 categories for these negotiations are:

1) Signing bonus cash flow

2) Voiding of guarantees

3) Guarantee offsets

Williams seems to be waiting for the right deal that he believes is best for him and his team.
