The Bears recently acquired Darrell Taylor in a trade with the Seahawks for a 6th round pick headed back to Seattle.
Taylor spoke to the media yesterday regarding the trade stating he was not sure how to feel about being traded at first but since arriving in Chicago is very happy regarding the Bears environment and new teammates.
"I honestly didn't know what to think," Taylor said. "But coming in here and being around everybody and being in this environment, I'm just excited to be here. It's something new for me. I've never been traded before, never been with another team. I'm just excited to see new faces, be in a different environment and just get to work."
Clearly Taylor is excited to be on a team that is fully energized and ready to battle as the Bears are definitely in a better situation right now than the Seahawks.
It will be interesting to see how Taylor lines up with his new teammates since the pre season is done and fans will have to wait for the season to arrive to see him play.
