This fascinating Mitch Trubisky stat might change your mind about his time in Chicago...
Former Bears QB Mitch Trubisky is one of the most scrutinized players in Bears' history. I'm sure I don't have to remind you that the Bears traded away a haul of draft capital in order to select him with the 2nd overall pick in 2017. He was also very famously selected in front of Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes.
However, I think it's safe to say he never quite lived up to the lofty expectation the city of Chicago had of him.
Though Mitchell Trubisky fell well short of these expectations, he helped lead the Bears to two playoff appearances and earned a Pro Bowl nod in one of those runs. Through four years in the Windy City, he threw for 10,609 yards, 64 touchdowns and 37 interceptions with a 64 percent completion rate. As of now, Trubisky is a serviceable low-end starting quarterback who's trying to reinvent himself with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Check out this very surprising stat showing Trubisky's win percentage as a starter.
