This Bears free agent is listed as the most overrated at his position
Free agency is getting closer and closer and we can't wait to see what happens inside the Bears organization. Hopefully, Ryan Poles will be able to bring in multiple solid contributors to the 53-man roster.
There is also the question of which free agent he will try to sign back. If you ask ESPN, interior defensive end Bilal Nichols should not be one of them. They listed him as the most overrated free agent on the defensive line.
I personally think this is very blasphemous. I don't believe that Nichols is a superstar. However, no one said he was. Also, I actually feel like he could be coming back on a cheaper deal than some might think. The market for him might not be as good as he thinks around the league. The best-case scenario would truly be to bring him back because he was a very important piece in the trenches. I think you could make a case he is more underrated than overrated... Bad take ESPN.
