These are the things you want to see from your coaching staff and young QB
Through three weeks of the NFL season, the Bears' passing game has been anything but pretty. Even though the Bears are 2-1, there's some cause for concern with how the offense has looked in year two of Justin Fields' development.
However, it's normal to see some growing pains and a good NFL coaching staff is able to live with that from their QB and they are able to coach him to become a better player.
Well, here is how the Bears' coaching staff handled Fields during his tough outing against the Texans on Sunday, This is amazing to see. I absolutely love the way the entire coaching staff looked in those clips.
