Super Bowl champion head coach very fond of Justin Fields

QB Justin Fields has been playing so much better lately. He is currently proving many doubters wrong when it comes to the talent he has. I also expect him to be even better as the season goes along and he gets more and more comfortable in Luke Getsy's new scheme.

With that being said, here is a clip where former NFL head coach Bruce Arians mentions Fields in the same phrase as Justin Herbert, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow as the next greats quarterbacks. I agree that I could really see Fields emerging into stardom like these guys. He definitely has the talent and the "It-facto" you look for in your quarterback.
