Sounds like Ryan Poles is not done adding pieces to the roster this off season
Jeff Joniak had the chance to catch up with Bears general manager Ryan Poles following the 2022 NFL Draft.
Poles mentioned a very interesting aspect. Indeed, he said that the process of improving this team isn't over. He also said that there are many different avenues that they can continue to go over to improve the offense, the defense and the special teams.
