Skip Bayless Stuns with Controversial Patrick Mahomes & Joe Burrow Take, Earning Unexpected Fan Agreement (VIDEO)
In a recent episode of 'Undisputed,' Skip Bayless returned to the screen with new co-hosts Richard Sherman, Keyshawn Johnson, and Michael Irving, following Shannon Sharpe's exit in June. During a segment comparing Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs with Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, Bayless had some strong critiques for Mahomes.
Arguing in favor of Burrow, Bayless contended that Mahomes' flashy playstyle is unnecessary, saying, "All this razzle-dazzlethese sidearm and trick throwsonly Andy Reid would let him get away with it. And sometimes, it backfires."
Bayless also pointed out that Burrow has outperformed Mahomes in three out of their four matchups. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that Mahomes, at just 27, already has two Super Bowl titles and impressive statistics to his name. Meanwhile, Burrow is still in pursuit of his first championship, although many believe it's only a matter of time.
The stance is sure to find some support, particularly among Cincinnati fans.
