See Here: Former NFL QB Goes on a Twitter Rant, Calls out Bears WRs and Coaches
Former NFL QB Kyle Sloter took to Twitter to share his concerns for the Bears, and makes sure to call out the receivers and coaches:
As seen in that VERY long tweet, Sloter explains how he initially wanted to bash Bears QB Justin Fields for his poor performances, but after watching film, he found that Fields was not to blame, but rather the people around him.
He then dives into the Bears receivers, who are playing terribly:

"First and foremost, the Bears receivers should be ashamed"
- Sloter writes
He then goes into the awful coaching being displayed, and is not a fan of the playcalling. Sloter says:
"the coaching staff is running some of the most bland and predictable concepts I've ever seen from an NFL team"
Sloter then ends his mini essay by saying that even though Fields is not perfect, he wants to point out that he is not to blame. He has a bad team around him, and any other QB would struggle in this system.
