Safety Jaquan Brisker gives Bears fans a taste of what's coming in the future
Rookie safety Jaquan Brisker has never felt uncomfortable since being selected by the Bears. The second-round draft pick has embraced the expectation of being a Week 1 starter very nicely so far.
Brisker played an amazing game in his debut! He made so many great plays and he truly left his mark on the game.
"They brought me in here to make plays, create turnovers, make big hits, and great tackles and lead them to a championship," Brisker said in the Bears' locker room after the win.

It seems like Brisker got comfortable in his new role as one of the poster boys for head coach Matt Eberflus' famous HITS principle.
"The tackling, deflecting the ball," Eberflus said of Brisker's preseason performance. "I think he should've had maybe a takeaway or two. He was high-energy. Man, he likes to hit. I really liked that aggressive style for him, how he's playing right now."
