Russell Wilson Seems to Have Shed a Significant Amount of Weight (PHOTO)

On Thursday, Russell Wilson, the quarterback for the Denver Broncos, disclosed to reporters that he has shed weight this offseason. However, the prospective Hall of Famer declined to reveal the exact amount.

According to Zac Stevens of DNVR, the 34-year-old quarterback shared with reporters his enhanced feeling of well-being after the weight loss. Stevens' tweet below provides a glimpse of a more streamlined Wilson. The Broncos brought Wilson, a consistent Pro Bowler, on board last year in a high-profile trade with the Seattle Seahawks. Before making his first play for his new team, Wilson was rewarded with a five-year contract extension worth $245 million.

Wilson was generally presumed to boost the Broncos into Super Bowl contention. However, the 2022 season turned out to be a major letdown for the AFC West club.
