According to Sports Illustrated insider Albert Breer, the Raiders have shown interest in hiring former Bears OC Luke Getsy as their new OC:

Almost 2 weeks ago, the Bears fired Getsy after 2 disappointing seasons. Even with a talented offense, Getsy's play calling became boring, predictable, and straight up bad. The Bears main issues these past 2 years have been around the offense, so this firing was needed.

Hearing this rumor about the Raiders being interested in Getsy is definitely shocking, considering the way his time in Chicago ended. I'm not sure exactly why they would want to hire him, but according to Breer, they have shown interest.
