"The Chicago Bears are coming off their bye and looking to rebound after four straight losses. While they turn their focus to the Green Bay Packers who they'll face on Sunday Night Football, general manager Ryan Pace might be focused on looking for help. According to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter, a key piece of the Bears' front office is up for the vacant Atlanta Falcons GM job. "Falcons' GM search will hone in on a diverse group of candidates, including former Texans' GM Rick Smith, former Raiders' GM Reggie McKenzie and current Bears' personnel man Champ Kelly."
Kelly is currently enjoying his second season as Assistant Director of Player Personnel after spending two seasons as the Bears Director of Pro Scouting.It would be a pretty big loss for the Bears but a well deserved promotion for Kelly.
