"The Chicago Bears season continues to trend down. After starting off 3-0 and looking at a nice playoff run with Mitch Trubisky leading the way, the team now finds itself 5-4 with Nick Foles helping dig the hole. Before you know it the Bears will be under .500 and fighting with the Minnesota Vikings for second place instead of fighting for first with the Green Bay Packers. Former Bear Olin Kreutz is done blaming head coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace.«Here's the bigger issue now you gotta start talking about. The Bears have struggled with success now for a while here finding a successful GM, a successful HC. Eventually, you have to start asking who's hiring those guys?"
What do you think about Kreutz's comments? Is it time for the Bears to hire a team president from the outside, somebody who has absolutely no connection to the families or franchise?
