Oline prospect linked to the Bears is the heaviest player in the past 20 years
It was the measurements for the offensive lineman this morning. I am sure that Bears GM Ryan Poles paid a lot of attention. As we know, he is a former lineman himself and the bears are in desperate need of help at this position.
Daniel Faalele has been linked to the bears for a while now. He is supposed to be available in the lather rounds of the draft. Let's just say he is a large human being. He came out at 6"8 and a WHOPPING 384 pounds.
I think it's fair to say he will have the strength and size to play in the big league. However, you have to wonder if he is able to move well enough for the NFL. As a tackle especially, you have to be quick. Nonetheless, he is a very intriguing prospect that has a high ceiling.
