NFL Insider Predicts Bears New CB Makes All-Rookie Team
When looking at some of the important changes the Bears needed to make this offseason, defensive backs were one of them. The Bears decided to use one of their 2nd round picks on a cornerback, which pleased fans. With the 56th pick in the draft, the Chicago Bears drafted CB Tyrique Stevenson.
Already, Stevenson is making a good impression, and NFL insiders are noticing it. Reported by draft analyst Chad Reuter, he predicts that Bears rookie CB Tyrique Stevenson will be apart of the 2023 All-Rookie Team.
Stevenson's college career included 2 teams, as after 2 seasons with Georgia, he decided to transfer to the University of Miami and play his last 2 seasons with the Hurricanes. He finished college with 115 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and 3 interceptions.
He is a tough player who isn't afraid to hit. He's got quick feet and man on defense is top tier.
Though it is early, I agree with these NFL insider predictions. Stevenson has a lot of promise, so if the Bears use him well, we could be seeing a star in the making.
