Mike Florio's conspiracy theory on Justin Fields
Pro Football talk writer, Mike Florio appeared on the 670 The Score yesterday and he had a very interesting take on Bears QB Justin Fields and on the way the Bears front office is handling the situation
Here is what he had to say on the current Bears' situation:
"It feels like the Bears are deliberately taking a step back. And the problem is usually teams do that when they don't have a QB they believe in."
Florio also mentioned a second time afterwards that the new regime doesn't believe in Justin Fields...
I'm sorry but Florio is out of his mind. This is getting ludicrous. How on earth would you say that when Fields only has 10 starts last year, with a horrible offense around him and probably the worst offensive coaching staff in the NFL. And in spite of that, Fields did manage to play very well in at least 4 games.
Mike Florio, your take is completely ridiculous. Of course, the new Bears regime believes in Justin Fields. They indeed need to get him more help, and they will. Bears nation just has to be patient.
Now, will this year be a great one for the Bears? Probably not. However, the Bears are nowhere close to throwing the towel on Fields at the moment.
