Matt Eberflus shares what it feels like to be the Bears' head coach!
Matt Eerbflus has been nothing but a true professional ever since he took the job as the Bears' head coach. He truly seems like a genuine guy and the players have been raving about the person he is and his methods.
It seems like Eberflus feels right at home in Chicago as well.
"It's special to be the head coach of the iconic franchise the Chicago Bears and to me it's everything. But it comes with a duty and you have to honor and respect the tradition by playing the right way and that's what we are going to do."
