Matt Eberflus reveals the plan for the starters during Saturday's game!
The last preseason game is usually a game where you don't see many starters involved. However, it looks like Matt Eberflus is not following the trend on this one.
Indeed, Brad Biggs reported that Eberflus says starters are going to play up to the half - 25 to 30 plays on Saturday at Cleveland. Certain players will be pulled earlier. QB Justin Fields could play most of the 1st half.
This is excellent news for us fans. We will have a chance to see our starters even more during the game. I also believe that a few units like the offensive line need the extra repetition to get ready for week 1 versus San Francisco.
Bears writer Jacob Infante seemed thrilled with the report as well.
