Live footage of Ryan Poles 1st ever job interview with Matt Eberflus
The NFL is a small world and whether you like it or not, players and coaches are basically being evaluated by managers every single game.
Well, a good example of that is when the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Indianapolis Colts back in 2019.
GM Ryan Poles was with the Chiefs and HC Matt Eberlfus was the defensive coordinator of the Colts.
That day, I am 100% certain that Eberflus impressed Poles a lot during that game. The Chiefs were held to only 13 points by Eberflus' defense. This was the least amount of points they had all year. Kansas City had the best offense in the league by far that year.
This is just another example of what Flus can do as a play-caller on defense.
