"During the Chicago Bears recent offseason, there was lots of speculation that defensive coordinator Vic Fangio could leave Chicago if he didn't land the Bears head coaching gig. Fangio interviewed for the position however didn't land the job. After lots of speculation, Fangio decided to stick around and stay on as defensive coordinator under new head coach Matt Nagy. It was a great decision for everybody involved as the defense has become one of the most dominant in the NFL. With such success, more chatter has grown about Fangio leaving for a head coaching gig next year. If he decides to make that move, he received a huge endorsement from his star linebacker, Khalil Mack. «Absolutely, man. You're talking about one of the best coaches in football.
