Jets announce who will start the game on Sunday vs Chicago
We got the news earlier today that the Jets would be benching QB Zach Wilson. However, we didn't know at the time who would be under center to start the game.
Well, Adam Schefter reported that the Jets named Mike White to start Sunday vs. Chicago.
This makes sense. It was hard to imagine that Saleh would watch Sunday's tape and see any reason to keep playing Wilson. He missed easy throws, he appeared to not see open receivers, and he failed to move the ball. He completed 7-of-22 passes for 77 yards and failed to move the offense past its own 37 after halftime.
Here is what he said:
In 4 career games, White has 953 passing yards, 5 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions.
