"We're just around the corner from cut season in the NFL.
Before the Bears start looking for wide receivers and defensive plugs on the free agent market, Bears general manager Ryan Pace will have to decide what to do with some of his terrible free agent signings from last year.
The first decision on that list should involve quarterback Mike Glennon.
The QB had a disastrous season which peaked with him blaming Josh Bellamy for one of his interceptions. Glennon started the first four games for the Bears and for many, it was four games too much.
The 28 year old brings a $16million cap hit for 2018 with $4.5million in dead money.
We all know that the guy who threw for four touchdowns and five interceptions in four games will not steal the job back from Trubisky so it's time to just cut losses with the QB.
While it's understandable the Bears didn't want to throw Trubisky into the fire starting with Week 1, there was better options and Glennon should be not allowed near Soldier Field next season.
Despite the major blunder of signing him to begin with, Pace signed Glennon to a deal he can get out of starting this year and he should get out of it immediately.
Do you think the Bears should cut Glennon?"
